ATX Rocks DMC ® was locally founded and managed by Joanne "Joiee" Bain, CMP. Joiee's professional career began in the Incentive Group Event industry and spans 23 years. Joiee held Executive positions with major Southwest and West Coast Event Management companies during that time. She also gained worldwide travel experience and mastered all aspects of pre-program, on-site management, and post-program operation.

Austin native, Randall McMahan has over 20 years in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of selling, planning and executing comprehensive events. He began his career in film production and expanded into the coroporate media industry soon after. Randy is one of the most enthusiastic people you’ll ever want to meet. He loves what he does and loves Austin and approaches client challenges of creating unique programs for each client as if each were the only one. Watch out, this guy is creative!

A native of Texas, Jenn Frankovksy has spent the last 26 years in our beloved city of Austin. With a passion for food and, she started her own catering business, in Austin over 8 years ago. While opening her catering company, she fell in love with the design and creation of major themed events where she says she learned from the best of the best in the special events and Destination Management industries. She is an industry recognized expert in ‘all things catering’ and is known for her sense of style and scale of managing special events.

Gregory Farhat is our youngest team member, but don't let that fool you. He is sharper than a tack and provides management, control and administration of all fiscal operations of ATX Rocks DMC®.

Technology Guru
Jessica Gulley grew up in Austin and has a background in both technology and design, Delivering "second to none" technology standards, Jess is on it and one step ahead of the crowd. This means woirking after hours to get information to the client in a different time zone, dealing with endless web alterations.
